Refund Policy

Please note the following about our return and exchange policy:

We offer a 14-day return via store credit or exchange only starting from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Solid gold pieces, custom orders, made-to-order products once production begins, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) and discounted items cannot be returned. You can only return your product for store credit or a similar product, we do not refund the original payment method used to purchase the item.

Cancelation's will result the buyer being refunded fully to their original payment method.
